The ‘Gujarat’ is making Hydraulic Pallet Truck for their clients since the last 40 years. It is available in 1200 Kg, 2000 Kg and 3000 Kg Capacity. The ‘Gujarat’ Hydraulic Pallet truck is manufactured from tough steel to give high strength with low weight ratio. The forks are formed from tested steel in one piece ‘C’ section for greater strength. Premium quality steel draw bar also serves as a pump lever and acts on rear roller. The Hydraulic Unit is easily removable and fully sealed. Maintenance free pump unit is protected against dirt and moisture to give a full 115 mm lift. The plunger is coated with Chromium to reduce wear and corrosion. It includes a large diameter lifting ram for low working pressure and a longer seal life. The release valve system is foot managed for higher convenience. Hand release can be provided if required. The specific pressure relief valve affords overload protection.

The wheels of the Hydraulic Pallet truck can be fitted with Cast Iron, Nylon or Nylo-Cast as per the floor condition. Tandem rollers can be provided to facilitate easy entry and exit with double faced pallets. Skid Adaptor can be fitted to handle platforms or special pallets having high under-clearance. The Hydraulic Pallet Truck can be given with arrangements for lifting barrels/drums/beams. Same pallet truck can be used for lifting different diameter barrels/beams by providing extra attachment. Normally HOPT find its application in lifting Pallets (Wooden, Steel & Plastic). Fork goes within the under clearance provided in the pallet. HOPT gets raised to 205 mm from ground by the pumping action of the handle. This lifts the Pallet from the ground. This will help you taking the pallet anywhere you want. The lowered height of HOPT is 90-95 mm in a standard condition and pallet under clearance is around 95-100 mm. HOPT is available in 1200, 2000 and 3000 Kg capacity. Fork length is available from 800 mm to 2200 mm

The “Gujarat” hydra truck has found its use on shop floors, warehouses, handling & unloading lorries, lifting & lowering machine parts, goods, cases, parcels, painting forms, press tools, drums etc.

The Hydra Truck has been fabricated for a maximum load of 1000kgs. The Electro Hydraulic version can be used for maximum load of 2000Kgs. A Few strokes of manual strokes of the Double acting Hydraulic Pump are enough to lift 1000Kgs to a height of around 1420 mm. The overall dimensions have been optimized keeping in mind the limitations of the shop floor and warehouses in mind. Thus there is consistent efficient handling within confined space and gang ways. A unique feature is the adjustable platform which may be slanted backwards and forwards to ease load handling. The Platform has provided with an over hang over the straddle legs. This stimulates better loading and unloading. The platform can be fixed by conveyor rollers, ball transfer units which would make it multi directional.

Optional feature

The platform may be stopped in any position by closing the release valve. A controlling orifice provides lock limits to a safe maximum speed at which the platform can slide down. Hence it gets rid of High Speed Descend Hazards.

The pistons are plated with chrome and the cylinder has high surface finish which ensures reliability and negligible seal wares.

The Hydra Truck is provided with Two Swivel Castors at the front end and Two Fixed Castors at the rear end. It can be provided with Cast Iron /Virgin Nylon/Nylo Cast/ Rubber Tyre wheels compatible with floor conditions.
